Area Cancer Support Groups

Breast Cancer Support Group and Guest Speaker Series 2013

The Regional Cancer Center’s Breast Cancer Support Group provides education and support to breast cancer survivors. The group provides an opportunity for participant sharing in a group support setting. Guest speakers are scheduled to educate on subjects of interest to Cancer survivors.

Caregivers Coffee Break

Are you caring for a cancer patient at home?
Take a coffee break with us while you're here.

Talk with RCC's support services staff, other caregivers, and learn about resources available to you.

Held every day at 10am.
Join us for coffee and light refreshments.

Thrivers Support Group

A cancer experience can last a long time and people can be treated for cancer over many years. Some people have several types of cancer or cancer that is slowly advancing.

Have you found that people close to you who were very involved when you were diagnosed, are growing distant as your treatment continues for months or years?

There is emotional support that can help you if you have advanced cancer, several types of cancer, cancer that can’t be cured, or treatments that are no longer working.

Thrivers Support Group at the Regional Cancer Center is made up of patients who understand where you are and know how to live a full life even with cancer.

If you have been living a meaningful life with cancer come to meet and talk with people who share your experience. Please join us:
