Satisfaction
At The Regional Cancer Center
we are always looking for ways to better serve our patients. By sharing
your thoughts and feelings about your health care experience with us
you can help us make our care better for future patients and their
families. At some point during the course of their care with us most
patients will receive a patient satisfaction survey mailed to their
home. Please expect it. The survey is mailed from a firm called Press
Ganey that helps us measure satisfaction. Feel free to express your
opinions. Your response is confidential.
In addition to the mailed survey we welcome your suggestions or concerns
at any of the suggestion boxes you'll find in patient areas around The
Center. If you'd like to speak personally with someone at The Regional
Cancer Center about a concern or to share a suggestion, please call our
Compliance Officer at 838-0474.
