The Erie Regional Cancer Center offered a special experience to patients on Monday, April 23, 2012, during "Spa Day."
Patients were treated to facials, massages, exercise classes, makeup applications and cooking demonstrations, courtesy of a host of sponsors and presenters.
The event was a good reminder that those who are seriously ill deserve and need time for themselves, even as they are wrapped up with treatments, medial appointments and recuperation.
