Based on your comments and suggestions we have redesigned our entrance to be welcoming, comfortable and especially respectful of patient privacy. Details, such as a wheelchair-accessible check-in desk, doors that reduce the amount of wind in the entry, and an improved process for check in and out are what you requested.

As we welcome you to these new surroundings we want to introduce you to some changes we’ve made to improve the flow of visitors through the center.

Check-in and check-out desks are separated for efficiency.
Scheduling staff is located in a common area for collaborative work.
Additional staff is available at check-in/out desks during busier times.
Patients can sit with the scheduler at check-out while appointments are being made.
Overhead and additional wall signs will direct you to check-out, or ask any staff member for assistance.

Our new entrance is a welcome addition to our patient centered approach to cancer care and demonstrates our desire to be responsive to your needs and concerns. Your feedback is important to us.
